September 22: Fall Equinox Feng Shui and Magic Day!

As part of our Fall Equinox Celebration, Christine Keller will provide our Project Stewardship group with a brief introduction to the concepts of magic and intention from both ancient history and a modern perspective which leads to creating positive changes in our lives.

Maureen Calamia of Luminous Spaces Feng Shui will be facilitating an entertaining and insightful session on Feng Shui, an ancient art and science that developed over 3,000 years ago in China. It is a complex body of knowledge that teaches how to balance the energies in any given space (home, room, garden) in order to assure good fortune for people inhabiting it. Good fortune comes in many ways such as better health, a successful career or fulfilling relationships. Feng Shui has detailed tips for almost any area of one’s life.

This fun-filled evening will continue with guest magician, Carol Kline of Mismatch the Clown, who will teach the secrets to some simple magic tricks. We will make a couple of magic tricks together and figure out how to solve them in a fun way while using our imaginations and building skills. All are welcome to bring a magic or card trick with them to share!

Enjoy time with one another as we look forward to another year of camaraderie and community. Refreshments served.

If able, please bring a non-perishable food item with you to donate to the Levittown Food Pantry. Thank you!
