This month we are privileged to have our friend and community partner, Deb DeBetta of Mind Body Education offering us an opportunity to practice Mindfulness for Stress Reduction. Some of the benefits include increased health and wellness of the mind and body, increased attention and focus, more compassion & awareness for self & others, and improvement in overall sense of well-being. This will be an interactive and informative workshop that provides a new outlook and tools to practice with at home.
Deb will also announce a two-part workshop series that participants can attend to further develop their ability in Mindfulness for Stress Reduction during the Fall/Winter season (December 8th and 15th)!
