Christine Keller, M.A., M.S.Ed will present at SOYA (Supporting Our Young Adults) Network this month. She will discuss her role as a parent and educator and the impetus for establishing The Children’s Sangha (2003). Our approach to working with children and young adults is reflected in our philosophy or Different Abilities Development Model which will be included in our presentation “Nature’s-Child, Whole-Child: Cultivating the Different Abilities of Our Youth to Foster Self-Determination and Resilience”. We will discuss our educational and nature-based programs and consulting service explaining how we guide parents and help our young people to build skills, make new friends and participate in life-enhancing activities leading to success and happiness in life. Being part of a collaborative community is the key! SOYA invites all who are interested to attend their meetings to receive information about activities for young adults post high school. Please join us for this evenings meeting and The Children’s Sangha’s presentation.
