March 8: Brazilian Capoeira Performance

Long Island Traditions is dedicated to documenting and preserving the living cultural traditions of Long Island’s ethnic, occupational and architectural heritage.

In collaboration with the East Meadow Library, Long Island Traditions will bring Brazilian capoeira, a music/martial arts performance to Long Island audiences. Participants will be able to join in at the end of the program.

NOTE: The location for this program will be at Solenada (at the former Source Mall in Westbury) while the East Meadow Library is under construction. Details below.
