The Children’s Sangha will be participating with Twice Exceptional Children’s Advocacy (TECA) on their 2019 Conference: Building 2e Awareness & Community at Molloy College. Christine Keller, M.A., M.S.Ed. will be a panel member on the professional track to demonstrate how educators and others who work with kids have found a way to meet 2e kids where they are by making realistic yet meaningful changes to the environment to accommodate their needs. Additionally, we will have a table to discuss our programs and services as well as offering our Project Stewardship young adults with volunteer opportunities.
Join TECA for a full day of more than a dozen workshops and panel discussions, networking and resources for parents of 2e kids and the professionals who work with them! This year will feature introductory and advanced topics related to parenting twice exceptional children, as well as a professional track for those who work with 2e students and their families or would like to deepen their knowledge of twice exceptionality.
